After emailing 3 times , leaving my number for a call back from customer service. Hanging on the line for 1/2 hour. I am still waiting for your company to sort out an order I am not happy about .
Appalling customer service ? won’t give you anymore business.

Untrustworthy company
Orderd 4 pack of storage boxes x3. Expecting 12 boxes only received 3. Emailed customer service, basically the response is saying I'm lying. Customer services not intrested in sorting it out. The replys were from someone called Zara. Awful experience, will never use again.
Awful customer service
Ordered 8 large plastic boxes, cheap price but nearly £20 for next day delivery. Ordered on Sunday so expected Tuesday, no problem.
My daughter had to wait in for them and when they turn up there's only 4. Ring customer service, get through to Darren who tells me to wait till 3oclock to see if other 4 arrive and he'll look into how many were sent, they don't turn up so emailed explaining this and as I had not received them I'd like half my postage money back.
No reply do tried calling and spent well over an hour on hold not even speaking to anyone.
Eventually got a reply saying that next 4 will be sent out next day and I'd receive them Thursday and no chance of money back as it's not guaranteed next day.
I explained that it was nothing to do with DPD and was their mistake and I want partial refund and want a call from a manager. Surprise surprise still no call back.
Seems a bit of a joke company reading other reviews.
Left 2 stars as boxes are cheap just a shame about customer services

Took the children to the play area
Took the children to the play area, nowhere to sit. every table full of dirty pots and food on tables and floor,walked around garden centre for about 45 minutes went back and tables still the same

Inedible food and poor service
Oh dear!! Yesterday we visited the Cherry Lane store near Beckingham. We have visited this Garden Centre for the last 17 years when it was R & G. As the weather was cold and the building was not much warmer, we decided to go into the Cafe and order two hot rolls which were the specials. Well, the bread bun was dry, the bacon was cold and hard and must have been left since breakfast. The coleslaw was "off" and the salad garnish was all limp and gross. My husband's sausage, bacon and stuffing was dreadful, the stuffing had to smashed at the side of a plate to break into it. All in all, it was disgusting and a health hazard. What concerns me, is the "chef" was using her phone in one hand and touching food with the other. Will not eat there again.

Visited their Hagley/Clent site and had afternoon tea as we have many times previously

Yesterdays scones were dry. Sandwiches poor and a small piece of cake and a caramel shortcake cut into two even smaller pieces.

Very poor Customer Service
Visited Langford garden centre hoping to buy some garden furniture. Staff very vague about delivery charges so decided to order online hoping to get 10% discount by downloading app. Had problems with ordering through app so tried calling Customer Service & finally gave up after 45 mins on hold. Unable to find phone number for Head Office. Luckily then read Trustpilot reviews 78% bad(1 star) which has made me think this isn’t a Company I want to spend over £400 with so will probably look elsewhere.

Ordered a 100cm Yucca indoor online on Cherry Lane website unfortunately I was told there was upto 10-14 delivery delay so asked to cancel then to be told the next day it had shipped ??♀️ right when I had ordered another one from another supplier. It arrived the next day with my other one that I bought both were in great condition but couldn’t keep them both so I kept the larger one and gave the smaller one to a family member!
Overall great value and great communication with the online staff could not fault them it was just poor comms with there supplier advising wrong information but ThankQ ??
Definitely more Positives than Negatives!
Big fan of our local Cherry Lane garden centre. Great products but the staff are the best thing about it, really lovely people! I also recently used their online shop. Delivery charges are a bit high, and it takes a while to get through to their customer service via phone if you need to. But once I did, I have to say that the service provided by Dan was excellent.
No staff hygiene in the cafe
We’ve always enjoyed a visit to Barnett Hill with the range of goods on offer in the store and cafe. Today we visited looking forward to coffee and cake. The young fair haired lad who was taking the orders was messing with his nose, wiping it onto his hand and then he used his apron as a tissue. Well this put us right off! Left the cafe and went to Webb’s instead.
Staff attitude
Just returned from my local Cherry Lane, they had over charged me on a plant purchase, the till assistant requested a senior member of the team who then came over and accused me of being rude to her staff. The only person being rude was her. She advised the price was correct (no prices anywhere to be seen at the price charged) only signs advising 2Ltr pots for £4.99.
Would not give a refund only a credit note to spend in store. As I will not be returning to Cherry Lane GC again I dontated the credit note to a friend.

Dont bother with Customer Services !
Purchased an outdoor rug for 29.99 from Pulham Market. When unwrapped we found it was faulty. As the nearest shop is a 25 mile round trip I contacted 'Customer Services'online. The word customer service is a complete joke. I was informed they couldnt help and I had to return it to the shop. Obviously not worthwhile with the distance, time and price of fuel. Who would recompense me for that? Also I knew it was the last one of that size so I wouldnt even have a rug at the end of it! Will not be using them again

Damaged item
Shocking! Damaged garden planter arrived, which was of poor quality even if perfect. A replacement part was to be sent, but the courier couldn't confirm my address even though they delivered the defective planter to same one. Cannot get a refund until the defective item is returned, but I have to arrange the courier and they don't pick up the phone. 6 weeks of trying to get a refund I've gone through credit card chargeback route now. Would avoid this retailer.

In relation to the fritton centre, near gt Yarmouth…..
Go elsewhere, my elderly grandmother recently bought some bedding plants,when getting them home they where worse for wear, she didn’t realise at the time that they hadn’t been watered properly, none of them survived.
This garden centre sells over priced poor quality plants!
Go elsewhere!
